Ordered flowers because their website looked legit and never got them. Terrible customer service, difficult communication, and no flowers! Do not even consider getting involved with this company or scam or whatever it is.

What a terrible, unprofessional business. I ordered 2 weeks ahead of desired delivery. It did not arrive and when I contacted them an arrangement was sent 2 days later. It didn't have the chocolates or bear I added to it. They apologised but it was not at all sincere and was clearly something they did frequently. No actual remorse. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Terrible, the flowers were not delivered, no customer service just a bunch of robo emails. Took for ever to get refund, stay away. Now they keep emailing me despite me unsubscribing multiple times. Do not use

Please do not order from this company if u care at all about the person u are trying to send flowers to! They will NEVER receive them & u will still be charged! What a disaster. As with any floral arrangement... time is of the essence & when the day of delivery came & went (& no flowers arrived) I was furious! Got the run around & had to call my credit card company to cancel payment because JustFlowers refused to issue my refund! Two weeks has passed & these idiots are STILL calling me saying they are trying to locate my flowers? Really? Like wth?

Ordered a fruit basket on Friday to be delivered to the home on Saturday. This was for a funeral and I wanted the order to arrive over the weekend. Received an email Saturday stating it would now be delivered Sunday. Received an email Sunday stating it would now be delivered Monday. I called and was told it was definitely being delivered Tuesday. Of course, this did not happen. Finally, after receiving yet another email on Wednesday stating it was being delivered on Thursday, I called to cancel the delivery. The usual excuses: COVID, shortage of delivery drivers, etc. I don't care at this point. They actually tried to offer me credit for a future order instead of a refund! DO NOT use this company unless you don't care when your order arrives.

Just Flowers called me with a concern about what I ordered. They couldn't find a florist that could create the exact arrangement I picked, so they offered a similar, but more expensive, option. They gave it to me at the same price! It contains plants that will last forever, and my Mother was thrilled when they arrived. Just Flowers went beyond the call of duty. I am totally pleased with their service.

We order online of course and the delivery has always been reliable and certainly early enough on that day fir our elderly family member to enjoy.

The flowers were not deliverable to my daughter, because unknown to me she was out of the country, so you arranged to have them delivered after her return 11 days later. They were delivered as agreed!!

I picked flowers from a picture. The recipient sent me a picture after receiving them. They were magnificent! Looked exactly liked pic, but prettier. First time ordering with company. Highly recommend. Pricing reasonable, fast delivery.

I live in Nevada and wanted to send something to my son for his 40th birthday. I ordered a "Sympathy" bouquet as a prank and I was assured by Him that it arrived in great shape and it was beautiful!
